The studio

Sanjay and Mansi Newaskar have led the studio since 1989, first in interiors and, from 2007, in architecture. For them, designing a space means delivering a thoughtful way of living for the people inside it, carried from concept to creation.

Sanjay Newaskar

Founder and principal designer

Born in Pune in 1969, Sanjay turned a childhood love of drawing into a career, completing his diploma in interior design at the University of Bombay in 1989. He speaks and sits on juries at design institutes and award programmes.

Mansi Newaskar

Principal designer

Mansi graduated from SNDT College, Pune, in 1998, specialising in Family Resource Management before further study in interiors. She leads the conceptual stage of new projects.
